The best characters of the whole series, IMHO. The more I think about her, the more I love her and her way of doing things far more than Oscar and I hate the nonsensical ubersexist treatment she received, TBH. Even if I don't share her same super-conservative ideas about the necessity of monarchy etc. one single bit (I sincerely hope nobody does in this age and day). But you don't need to share everything a person thinks to be compassionate about her or see her as the most compelling character of all to begin with. The original creator of the manga did, why not me?
