Really? How do you know? Maybe anon1 is sitting right there and knows exactly why. Maybe after the laugh she asked him to touch em. We all know that if you're Katsuragi's friend, she'll do just about anything ranging from molestation to you all the way to straight up intercourse just to make sure you're still her friend and never leave her.
