Toru had juice spilled on his shorts and Shin is trying to take them off to dry them. (He's an idiot.)
Toru is a big fan of a particular magical girl show (Mahou Shoujo Moe P) and doesn't want the others to find out about it. Now they all see him wearing Moe P underwear and he's embarrassed to no end.
