I think the censore is suppose to hide how a Penis/Vagina looks as in if the Penis is cut or not? you know?

there's a very vague law in Japan still in effect from after we rewrote them a constitution after WWII that no genitals are allowed to be show uncensored in pornography.Why is this still in effect you ask? Probably because no politician over there wants to be the guy to say "We want our porn to be uncensored!"
