I can't read the translated script, but I guess this has something to do with how Team Plasma caught Kyurem during BW2. Apparantly Grass Knot was used on the ice dragon, and despite it not being super-effective, Kyurem's massive weight and the fact it has stubby arms and legs left it unable to get up when Colress captured it inside that container...

If there is any analogous purposes between the length of Kyurem's neck and a common snapping turtle, It should be able to strech its neck, pushing its head against the ground, effectively flipping itself over.

Kyurem always looked like a giant frozen chicken which seemed to be senile, makes sense he couldn't get up.
