Mostly because not everyone agrees with how people classify themselves.
If I demanded that people titulate me as lord, people would rightly assume that I'm insane, and actually calling me lord would only be fuel for my psychosis.

There is a difference between referring to a person directly as what they identify as, and referring to a picture of a trap as a female. It's a guy. Just accept it and love him for what he is.
