its called foreshortening. Her feet are closer to the viewer(you) so naturally they will seem bigger than her body which is further away from the viewer.

The problem with that is that it doesn't work with that sort of angle, and judging from the position of the joints on her toes they're absolutely massive as well. The left foot, on the other hand, is a much better example of foreshortening in action.
