Judging by her uniform, she's likely Finnish---or, as the SW world goes, Suomish.
The weapon, if you look closely, isn't the Russian/Orussian PPD-40, but the Finnish/Suomish Suomi M-31 or KP.
The key differences between the M-31 and the PPD-40 are the barrel and the magazine. With the PPD-40, the magazines have a protrusion that fit into a slot in the stock, while the M-31 has a cut through the stock, similar to both the PPSh-41 and Thompson, which allow the magazine to slip "through", rather than "into". The difference of barrels is the shroud--the PPD-40 has a uniform diamater from front the rear, with the only protrusion being the front sight, while the M-31, seen here, has the front sight and the front sight assembly/ring as additions to the barrel shroud.
