I agree with anon1, Ninfia is feaking cute!
And it has some rememblance with two of my favorite pokes, Miotic and victiny, but being honest, I tought ninfia was some fan-character of Sonic world when I looked at it the first time.
So this made this official for me "I'm only in pokemon for the beautiful female characters"

Also, ninfia looks a bit like Fuuro, so I bet it's flying type
