Earth gravity only acts in the direction directly toward the Earth's center of mass. If all that was acting on the cum was gravity, it would fly straight up, and then straight down. Gravity, therefore, isn't really a suitable explanation.
They could be at an angle, which would cause gravity to add a horizontal component of velocity, but there's no real reason to believe that to be the case in this image, since it would be awkward positioning. Additionally, her hair seems to suggest that they are not, in fact, at an angle.
Semen is actually ejaculated at quite an impressively high velocity. Wind could affect the horizontal component of velocity of the semen, but it would seem to me that if the wind were moving quickly enough to add this much change in horizontal velocity, it would probably also cause her hair to move as well.
We can draw a conclusion from this. She is both at an angle, and the wind is blowing. Additionally, her hair is actually a wig made of some rigid material. By the color, I would guess it to be a brass or bronze, or maybe even a titanium alloy.
