unfortunately this artist's artstyle is so unique that this looks almost nothing like makoto (idolm@ster). mind you, i'm not saying the artstyle is bad but rather the artist should just stick to original work in my opinion

I don't think the girl herself is Makoto, although the ahoge gives her a passing resemblance. If you look at her cellphone, there's a Makoto trinket attached to it.
