I don't see Goku hitting him here. But I'm not sure movie 8 counts. No one touched Broly and when he let them, it was for show.
And besides; Movie 9, 10 and 11. Although Goku showing up in 10 was pretty bullshitty.
Glances at tags: There's no Gohan or Trunks here.

The ending to Legendary Super Saiyan was seriously half baked, you could tell they needed to pull something out of their ass to end it as quickly as possible.
Second Coming was bullshit in and of itself; I mean, the first 20 or so minutes may as well just been a filler episode, or a special in itself doing a callback to the old days of Dragonball. It had nothing to do at all with Broly until Goten started crying. Bio Broly was even more pointless, though it was nice to see 18 as a quasi main character again, even if, just like everything after Cell, it was the Goten and Trunks show.
Which is why I refuse to ever watch Yo! Son Goku and His Friends Return!! ever again. That was 100% pure shitting on everybody else for the sake of more Goten and Trunks air time. Well, that and Tien Shinhan didn't appear at all. I get his VA died and they wanted to respect him, but just don't have him say anything, or have him atleast appear in a cut away or something! I mean, they dragged back fucking filler characters like that grasshopper, yet they left out a main character.
