I'm pretty sure Anon #1 was talking about the fact that if that was a pair of legs instead of a fish tail, her knees would be dislocated to the point of being unrecognizable, out of socket and twisted until her calves can touch the top of her thighs.

Yeah, the anatomy on that is pretty horrible - perspective is out of whack, it appears twisted though I don't believe it's supposed to be . . . just so much wrong there.
