I've read this thing about "if you see the dick on the thumbnail then it's not a trap" couple of times already, but how the hell can I find these beautiful creatures if the pic is not even tagged as crossdressing or androgynous or whatever. I still think it whould be easier to tag all girlish boys as traps...

It's simple, you can make a free account and add the androgynous and crossdressing tags on the appropriate images.
And it would not be easier, it would be incorrect because if you can see his penis in the thumbnail, you know it's a male, so by definition it's not a trap because you are not fooled.

No, androgynous for our tagging purposes applies to either a male or female, it does not just mean "feminine boy". It applies to any character of either gender who has physical traits of both sexes. This means there can be female characters in images that can qualify for the androgynous tag, it's not for males only.
And there isn't an argument against it. It has a clear definition that most members ignore and use wrong. What we are doing is telling you how to use the tag properly per our tagging policies.
