That's like saying forced impreg, or hell, impreg is guro because it's expanding the body beyond its limits? Guro means grotesque which requires visible forms of obsenity. Absorbtion easily follows a lot of what we see here, as well as many forms of corruption such as petrification and crystallization. So why draw the line here?
