Soo... it ruptured her eardrum pushed away her 3 middle ear bones skipped the eustachean tube, penetrated through her conchea just to reach her brain? Such a process no matter how tentacley possible would be comparable to a bullet to the head.

Not really. Headshots tend to kill due to the... Uncontrolled... Damage done to the brain. Would be bleeding heavily from it, though, but wouldn't likely be fatal unless the damage done to the brain causes a cease of any crucial bodily functions.
