Not sure why this is tagged as Hyperdimensoin Neptunia Victory (Kami Jigen Game Neptune V), as this is NOT a CG from that game. It's (supposedly) a CG from the upcoming Hyperdimension Idol PP game for PS Vita.

Same goes for the other pic that has Neptune and Nepgear.

It's not from the Idol game, Those outfits (As well as Uni/Noire's, and Neptune's/Gear's),are all DLC for Neptunia Victory.
