This might not be considered genderswap. In the next Disgaea game, there's a girl that looks a lot like Laharl who claims to be his sister.

Actually, this IS a genderswap.
A certain part of the story has Laharl and a certain somebody having a not so pleasant meeting.
The next day, Laharl has been changed into a woman and Etna has had her color scheme changed around.
