The "Character Request" tag is kinda pointless at this time. Noone know yet exactly who this is. It may be a new form of Mewtwo, or it may be a new pokemon altogether. Images of it have been officially released as teasers, but noone knows yet exactly *who* it is. Oh well.

Well seeing as Mewtwo was geneticaly engineered and not an actual evolved form, maybe this is the actual evolution of Mew.
