Superman hasn't always had Louis.. he has had one or two other women, too. The point of this comic is that Batman is human and- thus- can be tied up and bound. And it's a sore spot when women do it.
Superman is fucking Superman. He's not getting bound anytime soon (even though it has happened.) The point of Superman streaking by is because it's emphasising his superiority compared to Batman- power wise.
