Still drives me up the wall that the loli tag is only allowed to be used for questionable/Explicit images. There is literally no reason why a cute, safe image like this couldn't be tagged with "loli".

because the child tag is used instead for safe images and the reason for the rule is so that people that do not like explicit loli images can blacklist the loli tag and the safe rated images are not removed from tag searches. there are actual legitimate reasons for certin tag definitions. just because you dont get it doesnt. make it stupid.
