sorry anon1, but no. Celestia's an alicorn, so any gundam based on her cant be a 'unicorn gundam'. she got wings that show up on her gundam, bro.

speaking of, good placement of the wings. this'll let it have atmospheric flight, unlike if the wings sat higher up. same reason the Wing Seraphim's wings were put around the same spot, when the gundam it was based on had them higher up.

I think the reason behind people doing these kinds of images is because they like the characters and the artists drawing these images also have other things they're interested in so they put both of them together in one image as a way of paying tribute to the stuff they like.
