As far as we know, it's not actually possible to customise the hair and skin colour separately, so dark skin and blonde hair is impossible.

I just now PMed specific changes needed, plus a source (Serebii) to one of the mods. That should (I hope) be enough for him to use the mass retagging tool that the mods have to get them all changed.

Already checked Danbooru and saw they had the English names and changed them accordingly. Bulbapedia is also another source that I used to double check.
