No, not Tron. These are the two Unicorn units (Banshee on the left and Unicorn on the right) with their psyco-frames full awakened. Much like the awakening the Nu Gundam experienced while pushing back Axis.
Interesting Fact: see those shields next to the Unicorn? Those aren't discarded. Due to the psyco-frame in the shields, they can be controlled by the pilot like funnel units.

I thought the psychoframes were gold and red rrspectively. Is this the Heavy Weapons type?
