The artist is Nightmare-Doom, he removed all his accounts, even his old Pixiv account D:

Now I think he changed his artist name, to "MikadoSaya"
On the Japanese text it said "Bōsō Arukueido", Red Arcueid, for Warcueid (???), and the second say "Merutei Buraddo", Melty Blood (???) I think.
