Okay, this definitely has a story behind it. Anko must really be fucking with Sasuke bad because he looks like he's on the verge of breaking down. Him groping her here is mystifying me even more because neither really seem to notice. If they do then they don't really care. It seems more like she's taunting him to kill her and he can't do it for some reason.
