I have a feeling Peach is the evil one here. For years she has been kidnapped by Bowser and to this day she only has Toads as her guards. Also, don't you remember in the SSE how she was just walking through all that cannon fire on Meta Knight's ship? She's always been playing with danger. And I'm pretty sure Villager didn't learn how to fight with unconventional weapons on his own, he's the unborn child Mario and Peach should've had years ago.
