If you've played Dragon Force on the Saturn(and good on you, I must say), but don't recognise this fellow, it's because he received a nifty redesign in the PS2 Sega Ages version.
He's called "Sliver" in the English version, and "Ransetsu" in the Japanese one, and he's one of the ninja working for Kyoem in Mikhal's game. Despite having the standard generic ninja portrait/sprite, he actually has unique dialogue exchanges with some characters.
