microphone isn't a correct tag for the object in her hand, it's a handheld Electrolarynx, a device that's put against the throat, allowing synthesized speech, commonly used by heavy smokers who have had surgery to their throat, or in the case of this girl, because her throat was slit, in either case, they'd be mute without one due to damaged or completely severed vocal cords.

Do we even have a tag for this kind of device?

Someone had already tagged one picture of her holding one with electrolarynx, so I decided I might as well just write a definition for the tag and then add the tag to the images I see which contain them.
