As someone who also built the same Panzer IV model kit, all I can say is this: the guy who took this pic is going to have one hell of a time painting the top part of the tank since he stuck the props in as is.

That may be true for the odds and ends on the tank skirt, but the ones stuck on the side parts are 100% glued. There aren't any real interlocking parts on those kits unlike Gunpla.
