This isn't Elesis Sieghart; Elsword's Elesis and GC's Elesis are different characters (surprisingly).

Well the thing is... Elsword was made to be Elesis's little brother, but that idea was scrapped due to copyright issues. If that weren't the case, they would be the same character.

Unless it's blatantly obvious, how are we supposed to tell the Elesis's apart? They're both so physically similar.

I know the comments are damn old, but I felt compelled.
It's mostly outfit, context, body type and hair. Such as this picture, the bangs and the shirt/tie scream Elsword Elesis. That, and Elesis Sieghart is better. :P
