It would depend on the jurisdiction and what the prosecutor thinks they can prove. First degree would generally require them to prove premeditated intent to kill. Second and voluntary manslaughter have some overlap. Where they're separate it's usually that Second degree murder is intent to kill without premeditation and voluntary manslaughter is intent to cause injury but not death. Though they may still be able to charge them with first degree if they say, found texts between the suspects showing intent to commit this crime. Even if they couldn't prove there was killing intent at the time. Felony murder may also be an option depending on jurisdiction. Not entirely sure law is rather complicated and varies a lot from place to place.

As for the telephone pull up her ass, I didn't notice at first that it was actually in her recrum and heading for her internal prgans, , I thought she was just sitting on it.
