Dude... are you crazy? In cannon, juri can leap from helicopters and be fine, use building-leveling attacks, and I think at one point she even kicked a rocket away from her. Not to mention dodging through gunfire.
And where are you getting the "ki takes time to use" bit? It seems pretty damn instant to me in just about every scrap of street-fighter lore except when just learning how to use it or charging something like an ultra.

Everything they do is from their ki, nobody in Street Fighter cannot break things without relaying on ki. All they care about is superhumans, no body in Street Fighter is a superhuman, they are normal humans beings, they can't destroy big stuff without ki, just like the Naruto series, everybody must relay on ki to do half of the ability they used in battle, which also does take time. Akuma can't just destroy Islands when he feels like it, he has to relay on ki to do that. It took him time to do that too. I agree, people really need to used their head and know how ki works.

AAll the smart fans have grown up. Now nobody knows how Ki works anyone. Juri is certainly not normal. She could put up a fight with Spidey, but I doubt she'd beat him. If they did battle multiple times there is a chance she could beat him at least once, though. It's ok to trade victories from time to time... Spidey gets beat by the Scorpion or Kraven from time to time.
