Well, this might a case of me blowing things out of proportion, but, generally speaking, there are a few different buttons on your computer. One of them shuts it off, and there are several others that change the website that you're currently on.

Pick whatever one you find most appealing, press it, and GO AWAY. Nobody has a fucking gun to your head making you view this.
