Meh...doesn't work in real life. Foot should be over neck and arm under, so that the gravity of the leg is helped by the arm and both the leg and arm don't need to overextend. Even then it's only a set-up for a better submission.
In this case both the weight of the body and pull strength of Marissa's free left arm could have easily pulled free that hand. As the arm is over extended and barely has any foothold ( pun intented )
