When I first saw the tab, I thought it was a scary pic of a xenomorph about to get a little child.

Although Xenomorphs have two mouths the tongue is suppose to have a second set of jaws Ellen Ripley (clone) rips one out of a Xenomorphs mouth in alien resurrection if you want a better look or just a souvenir . Also
