I'm not sure who the girl is, (which boy it is, the tags say Genderswap so I'm just assuming that its female-version of one of the other boys...

It looks like they're talking, and she has some bad news for him (then like a flash back of having a bunch of blood and being at the doctors)... What I'm getting from this is that, she's telling him she had a miscarriage
