Yeah we replace a overrated fan favorite pokemon completely with a form.
Btw. Giratina got deleted there exist only the Origin form now.

People this Mewtwo is a different Mewtwo this one according to the movie is another created mewtwo with a alternate form or mega evolution. The ORIGINAL Mewtwo is not in this movie because the original Mewtwo had a male voice actor but this Mewtwo has a female voice actor
