Howa Type 89, there on the left...Japanese rifle-woman?

And on the right, some sort of heavy machine gun, or possible even light automatic cannon---12.7mm, 14.5mm, 20mm, 23mm, somewhere in there... KPV, maybe? She looks like a tanker, with that headgear.

It's an NSV-12,7 heavy machine gun. And it's mounted on the tank. Headgear is a russian tank helmet and she have a Tank Troops patch. So, yeah, she's a Russian tanker.
