Mikan is that only actual confirmed loli in the series, at the age of 12, the other "loli" characters are not specifically mentioned.

Also loli in legal stance is in regards to age not body type, so by all means it should keep the tag.

Her canon age is of little consequence here. This site is an IMAGE database, so tagging should be based on visual elements present in a given picture.

In other words, if she fits the body type of a loli, then the tag should stay; if she doesn't, then remove it.
