There's nothing canon about the Yuri here. The most you can assume is Bi with very little interactions with men due to Yuri pandering PIS.

IF doesn't have any stated canon feelings. Just implied for interpretations.

Vert and Chika Hakozaki have had heavily implied attraction to men within the canonical story, and Nepgear to a lesser extent, whereas RED and IF have both had directly stated attraction to women(IF's being numerous times, almost always involving Compa, except for once, when she is shown kissing Nepgear on the lips).

What the final Anon said, the whole yuri bit is non-canon. It's just a lot of people who REALLY want their ships to be canon to the story.
