I'm pretty sure you could write whatever the fuck you wanted, and if it was any good, no one would really care. Translating it into understandable English is hard enough as it is, and it's not like the translations change much. A talented erotic writer could write something appropriate, and I doubt anyone would care if it was actually accurate, especially if it was better than the original text, anyway.
