According to the moonrunes, the girl is supposed to be Chitanda Eru from Hyouka. I'm not sure whether the ん (n) at the end is supposed to be a moan, a nod or to be connected with Kininarimasu (I AM curious) to make some weird version of kininarimasen (I am NOT curious), implying she wanted to reply positively, but changed her mind... So I left it alone as the simplest option, a moan.
