Genderless and identifies as male, I might add. So yes, unless this is explicitly showing a female version of Kuroumaru via showing female genitalia or something, 3girls really doesn't make a whole lot of sense.

By the way, this is the only place I've been able to find that this doujin could be obtained in any way. It seems to be a very limited run (possibly only a few dozen copies, period), self-print book from the look of it, and I'm pretty sure no one has scanned and uploaded it anywhere.
