I know there's a whole lot of pictures of her with large breasts. But that could be just people taking a flat chested character and drawing boobs on her.

Remember that she's canonically 16. Remember also that in her official artwork she has distinct mounds, but little more. I'd venture to say she's not washboard, but she's certainly no more than an A or B.
