anon1 similar hair lighting but different eye style, and its not the type of manga to have this much ecchi. You could say it looks like kosaki onodera.

@Anon1 This is from a spin-off series of Nisekoi called "Magical Pâtissière Kosaki-chan" where the characters Kosaki, Chitoge, and Marika becoming magical girls with animal mentors to save the world from evil mana and Doctor Maiko's evil plans. During their transformation in said magical girls their clothes explode. Pretty hot if you ask me.
