First plane gun is clearly an AK variant I'm not sure of the which one, the oddly placed fire selector and front sight post should give a clue. Itami's gun seems to be an AK-74u

Both weapons are from Serbia; M-21 assault rifle, 5.56 NATO and M-85 carbine, also in 5.56 NATO. Standard issue in the Serbian Military. Produced and Marketed by Zastava Arms.
