I wonder if the popularity will bring this series to the US airwaves. which makes me think, what will the uptight people do, will they force pants on all the Titans? I mean they've done it before even when no genitals were showing.

My guess is, nothing will be done to cover the titans, it'll probably just air in a later time slot. It'd have to, what with all the blood and death, anyway. I think pantsless titans are the least of anyone's concerns.
