Vivillon does however get the Compoundeyes ability, Hurricane, Sleep Powder, and Quiver Dance. Under Compoundeyes, Hurricane's accuracy goes from 70% to 91%, and Sleep Powder from 75% to 97.5%. And Quiver Dance serves to boost Sp. Attack and Speed further. I can picture a really annoying set by doing the following:
1. Put opponent to sleep with Sleep Powder.
2. Boost power and speed with Quiver Dance as much as you like.
3. Spam Hurricane, relying also on the high confusion rate of 30%.
I guess Vivillon is the new Galvantula. But seriously, getting pwned by a butterfly Pokemon that isn't Volcarona? If that isn't hell, I don't know what is.
