There have been cases, albeit anecdotal, of false pregnancies in girls who were having regular relations with dogs, apparently the frequent presence of (dog) semen in the uterus can induce temporary hormonal changes akin to those seen in real pregnancies; the most obvious of such changes being a missed period.

The possible Fetus wouldn't survive and be rejected very quickly though, maybe an injection of dog hormones could prevent that but unlikely, it is possible though to get pregnant with a dog sperm, but not very safe.
From genetical standpoint, it's possible, but won't work unless the female keeps having sex with the dog even when pregnant and receives female dog hormones to literally cheat the body.
I dunno, it's far fetched, and probably never been tried or properly documented, but we get weird japanese demi-human dog girls and cat-girls for a reason I suppose.

Technically, it's possible to become impregnated by a dog, in the fact that the sperm will enter the egg. As soon as that happens, however, the egg will die due to there being a huge mismatch between the dna. Hormones won't do anything to help stabalize the pregnency. But still, for a split second the woman is technically pregnant.
